The Subaru G4E Concept

Subaru unveiled more details about its G4E concept car at the Toyko Motorshow. The all green car is a 4 door hatchback full electric vehicle with a 346 volt lithium ion battery pack below the passenger area.

The vehicle has a drag coefficient of .28 which gives it a very aerodynamic profile. The car has a 65 kilowatt front wheel drive electric motor with a full charge range of approximately 125 miles or 200km.

The G4E has very distinctive Subaru lines and should prove popular if it becomes a production model. There is no formally announced date for its model year availability. Based upon the completeness of the concept car, one can only assume that Subaru will be in a position to offer this car to the public in the near future.
