No. 1 Ranked Rafael Nadal At Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters Launch Party
MONTE-CARLO, MONACO - The No. 1 ranked ATP Pro tennis player Rafael Nadal arrived last night (April 11, 2009) dressed in a stylish white jacket for the Launch Party of the 2009 Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters at Zelos in Monaco. Entering the Rolex sponsored Masters ATP Tennis event, Nadal is the defending champion, having won the Monte-Carlo Masters last year after defeating Roger Federer in the Final. This year Nadal will be up against the No. 2 ranked Roger Federer and Serbia's Novak Djokovic (No.3), Britain's Andy Murray (No.4), and Argentina's Juan Martin Del Potro (No.7). In total, 56 of the world's best professional tennis players are in Monaco this week to show off their mastery of the game of tennis to an international viewing audience. For Rolex, it is their fourth year sponsoring the Monte-Carlo Masters, and this year, the makers of some of the finest watches in the world, are the title sponsor for the event. Mercedes-Benz has also come to Monaco with their latest vehicle, the new E-Class, which was recently launched at the Geneva Motor Show in Switzerland.
