Pink Panther 2: Steve Martin & Jean Reno Return February 6

Inspector Clouseau comes back to the big screen in the Pink Panther 2, which will be released to theatres today (February 6, 2009). The film is a sequel to the 2006 original movie and stars Steve Martin as Inspector Jacques Clouseau along with Jean Reno, who plays Ponton, the Inspector's partner. John Cleese joins the cast as Chief Inspector Dreyfus, who must reluctantly assign Clouseau to retrieve stolen artifacts including the priceless Pink Panther Diamond. The subject of Clouseau's affections is the actress Emily Mortimer, who plays Nicole, and Andy Garcia stars in the investigative dream team along with Alfred Molina,Yuki Matsuzaki, and Bollywood star Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

Pink Panther 2 is directed by Harald Zwart and produced by Robert Simonds. It was filmed in Paris and Rome and moviegoers will be impressed by the cinematography and the historic and famous landmarks used as the sets for both the Rome and Paris shoots.
