MONTE-CARLO, MONACO - The No.1 ranked Rafael Nadal of Spain defeated the No. 167 ranked Juan Ignacio Chela of Argentina yesterday (6-2, 6-3) at the 2009 Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters 1000. theirEarth asked Nadal yesterday about his training routine off the court as he looks extremely fit. Nadal said "Not much. No, not a lot of things. I run enough on court. Outside sometimes I do some bicycle. But not a lot of things."
