Mercedes Benz Launches 2009 'All Mountain Limited' Mountain Bike

STUTTGART, GERMANY - Mercedes-Benz released photos this week of their limited edition 2009 'All Mountain Limited' Mountain Bike which is part of the Mercedes Benz 2009/2010 Bicycles range. For those wishing to put on a few Mercedes-Benz miles/km's with pedal power, this new mountain bike has a solid construction built to last. Mercedes-Benz has worked with ADP Engineering of Germany to design this mountain bike and it has a full floating suspension front and rear. The front shock is a Fox 32 F-Series and the rear centrally mounted shock is  a Fox Float RP 23.

The 2009 'All Mountain Limited' will have a worldwide production run of just 100 examples and it is priced at 3999 Euros. For Mercedes-Benz, the concept is to get a high-end example of their quality bicycle engineering out in the marketplace, so for such a limited supply bike, the selling price is not too bad considering the level of hardware. Those wishing to secure their example of the 2009 'All Mountain Limited' should place their orders quickly, as just 100 worldwide will be gone in a flash.

On rough terrain, the 'All Mountain Limited' has 120 mm of suspension travel at the front, and 125 mm of travel at the rear. The front suspensions can be locked-out and the rear can be adjusted with the supplied damper pump. The wheelset on the Mercedes-Benz Mountain Bike is DT Swiss X 1800. Tires front and rear are Continental's 2009 Mountain King 'Supersonic' type. The pedals are made from carbon fibre and are Truvativ Noir's. As we get more precise details about this mountain bike, theirEarth will add the details accordingly, but the cycle will definitely turn heads as it carries Mercedes-Benz's quality image.
