"Sex and the City" Movie and Fashion
Monday May 12th was the World Premiere of the Sex and the City movie in London at Leicester Square, and it was a real fashion event for everyone. The film's stars all showed up at the London Premiere in clothes from the top fashion designers and each looked stunning and very glamorous.
Sarah Jessica Parker arrived in a lime strapless dress designed by British fashion designer Alexander McQueen complete with a hat designed by Philip Treacy and matching high healed shoes. Her dress and hat combination was turning everyone's head towards her and it accentuated her thin waist.
Kim Cattrall wore a red dress with very thin shoulder straps created by fashion designer Vivienne Westwood with a knee length cut that gave her a classical beauty as she walked around talking to the different assembled media and fans. Kristin Davis also wore red, and showed up in a vintage sleeveless dress with cream heals.
Cynthia Nixon arrived revealing the most in her black Francisco Costa designed dress for fashion design house Calvin Klein. The dress had wide revealing straps, just barely covering her and attaching at waist level.
The Sex and the City motion picture will open in theatres in Europe on May 29, 2008.
