Jenson Button & Girlfriend Jessica Party At Amber Lounge

MONTE-CARLO, MONACO - 2009 F1 World Champion Jenson Button was photographed last Sunday with his beautiful girlfriend Jessica Michibata after the 2010 Monaco Grand Prix. Jenson and Jessica were out partying at the Amber Lounge Monaco, a celebrity VIP nightclub that follows the Formula 1 circuits around the world.

In Sunday's Monaco Grand Prix, Jenson Button's Vodafone McLaren Mercedes car had engine failure on the third lap caused by one of the air inlet covers not being removed by the team at the start of the race. This was aggravated by an early accident in the tunnel involving Williams driver Nico Hulkenberg, and the Safety Car was deployed, with the slower speeds adding the air restriction and causing Button's engine to overheat and fail. Button was forced to retire in the third lap when his engine began smoking causing his leadership position in the 2010 driver's standings to change hands.

The 2010 Monaco Grand Prix was won by Mark Webber in the Red Bull Racing F1 car who is now tied with his teammate Sebastian Vettel for the F1 Drivers Championship with 78 points each. Jenson Button is currently in fourth position in the driver's standings with 70 points behind Ferrari's Fernado Alonso in third with 75 points. The F1 Driver's Championship is a very close race amongst the top eight with Mercedes GP Petronas driver Nico Rosberg holding the eighth-place position with 56 points.
