NEW DELHI, INDIA - Honda Motor Company's Honda Siel Cars had their world premiere of the 2011 Honda 'New Small Concept Car' at Auto Expo 2010 in New Delhi, India this week. Honda has yet to announce the CO2 output, any engine variants, or the fuel consumption ratings for this new model, but theirEarth will follow the story closely and report on any updates.
