Elle Macpherson Wins World Career Award In Vienna

VIENNA, AUSTRIA - The very beautiful Elle Macpherson won the World Career Award yesterday at the Women's World Awards 2009 in Vienna, Austria. Macpherson was thrilled to have been honoured for her career work - and work that she continues to perform today. This image was taken of her immediately after she had won her award and had given her news conference.

Elle Macpherson stated that it was great to be amongst the company of other respected women who had won a 2009 Women's World Award. Macpherson indicated that she has had a wonderful career experience to date, and that having the ability to offer things like escape and intimacy to other women through her lingerie apparel line of clothing, called "Elle Macpherson Intimates" continues to bring her satisfaction. 

Macpherson is well respected for the two Ambassador roles she has with RED and UNICEF. RED is a global effort that she supports in its fight against AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria and was set up by Bono and Bobby Shriver.
